The CRM for independent insurance agencies
Sell more. Renew more.
Type less.
WinaVela is organized around the three jobs that drive an agent's income: work your leads, close your deals, keep your clients. With WINA, an AI sales assistant, on every screen.
Why agencies switch
Your management system stores the data. WinaVela helps you sell with it.
Everything typed by hand
Renewals, premiums and commission lines re-entered policy by policy, then cleared again when the money arrives.
Tools in separate apps
Forms, rating, texting and automation spread across screens, with no clear order of work.
Reports you cannot trust
Unassigned or misclassified records quietly distort production, retention and commission figures.
One screen, three steps
In the order a salesperson actually works.
Never let a lead go cold.
- Call first: new leads ranked by score, one tap to the dialer
- Going cold alerts after 7 days without contact
- Sources: see which channels actually turn into policies

Move quotes to signature.
- Closest to closing: deals ranked by value × probability
- Quotes for every US line, with live commission
- Won deals create the client and the policies

Keep and grow your book.
- Renewals 90 days ahead, overdue first
- One-click renewal, pre-filled and priced
- Cross-sell openings and at-risk clients flagged

Quotes & commissions
Quote any US line. The math does itself.
$74.80
commission, computed as you type
Manual
Type the carrier's price from any portal or PDF.
Indicative estimate
A transparent rating worksheet for 25 line families.
Connected carriers
Carrier quotes through a secure server connector.
Live commission
Your agent, carrier and line rules, weighted by quote stage.
WINA, the AI assistant
A sales assistant on every page. It never acts without you.
Ask anything about your leads, deals and clients. WINA knows the page you are on and the record you have open.
- "Brief me on today": the three actions that matter most
- "Who should I call first?" across new and cold leads
- Call prep with discovery questions and objection answers
- First-contact, renewal and cross-sell emails, ready to send
- Suggestions become tasks when you click, and you see where they land
- Each agent's assistant only sees that agent's own book

Campaigns & sequences
Follow-up that runs itself, at the broker's cadence.
Renewal sequence, days before expiry
Templates for every step
First contact, proposal follow-up, renewal, referral and win-back, grouped by step and usable anywhere.
Prospecting segments
Target businesses without workers' comp, or clients who lost or cancelled a policy.
Event-driven
Sequences react when a stage changes, a quote is bound or a policy is lost. Each step becomes a pre-filled to-do, reviewed before sending.
Built for the whole agency
One workspace for owners, agents and partners.
Roles and permissions
Owner, admin, agent and partner roles with module-level permissions. Agents work in their own book.
Agency snapshot
New leads, commissions, top performers, lines and carriers at a glance.
Data health
Unassigned or misclassified records listed with a one-click fix, so reports stay reliable.
Calls matched to the insured
A call that arrives with only a phone number is attached to the right client.
Commission tracking
Earned, pending and in-play commissions per agent, carrier and line.
Guided first login
A visual tour walks each new user through Leads, Sales, Retention and WINA.
Why simple sells
A CRM people actually open is a CRM that pays.
Most CRMs fail because nobody wants to feed them. WinaVela does the remembering: what to do, when to do it, and the click that gets it done. The research on why that matters:
more likely to qualify a lead when you respond within the first hour.
Harvard Business Reviewhigher sales productivity, at best, reported by teams using a CRM.

Plug in your numbers. Change the two assumptions to whatever you find believable.
Assumptions
Illustrative math on your own inputs, not a promise. Actual results depend on your leads, carriers and follow-through.

Questions agencies ask
Straight answers before the demo.
What is WinaVela?
WinaVela is a CRM for independent insurance agencies, brokers and the networks behind them. It is organized around three steps — leads, sales and retention — and includes WINA, an AI assistant that proposes the next action on every screen.
Does WinaVela replace my agency management system?
No. WinaVela sits alongside your management system: it is the place where agents work their leads, build quotes, follow up and handle renewals, while your AMS remains the system of record.
Which insurance lines can I quote in WinaVela?
Every common US line: personal and commercial auto, homeowners, renters, condo, earthquake, flood, umbrella, term life, disability, individual, family, group and Medicare health, general liability, workers' compensation, cyber, professional liability, EPLI, D&O, special event, travel and international student insurance. Each quote can be built manually, from an indicative rating worksheet, or from a connected carrier.
How are commissions calculated?
Commissions follow your own rules by agent, carrier and insurance line, and are recalculated at each change of a quote. The expected commission is weighted by the quote stage, and binding a quote creates the client and the policies with the real carrier and premium.
Is my data separated between agents?
Yes. Every agency is its own tenant, and the four roles — Super Admin, Admin, Agent and Partner — define what each person sees. An agent's pipeline, search and AI assistant are limited to that agent's own book unless an admin decides otherwise.
Does WinaVela work for agencies in every US state?
Yes. WinaVela is built for independent agencies across the United States, with state-aware quoting, and is piloted with a brokerage in California.
How much does WinaVela cost?
Solo is $39 per user per month, Agency is $63 per user per month, both billed annually, and Network pricing for IMOs, FMOs and agency groups is based on volume. Every plan includes WINA, unlimited leads and quotes.
How long does it take to get started?
Set up the agency, invite the agents, connect your lead sources and carriers, and start selling. A guided tour walks each new user through leads, sales, retention and WINA at the first login.
